Lets you create a new, simple, custom Site
Mambot
directly within Mambo.
Principal Fields:
- Name: Type the name of the Mambot as it will appear in the Mambots Manager
listing. This name is used for system identification and does not impact on your site.
- Folder: From the dropdown list, select the folder related to the type of Mambo you have created. Once saved, this field cannot be changed.
- Mambot file: This is the name of the PHP file you have used to create this Mambot.
- Mambot Order: Choose the order of the Mambot as listed in the Folder when filtering by category
. This function becomes active once a Mambot is saved for the first time. By default the new Mambot will be added to the end of the order for that particular classification (Folder) of Mambot. Select the position where this Mambot is required to be placed, from the drop down list of all installed Mambots. The current Mambot at that position will shift down a position upon saving. The order can also be changed directly within the Mambot Manager.
- Access Level: Choose who will be able to view this content. Public, Registered or Special.
- Published
: Check the box (yes or no) to let the Mambot show on your site or provide the function it is designed to do.

Parameters: There is an open Parameters field on this page which will appear once you save the new Mambot.
Toolbar Icons:
- Save: Click to save the information you have entered and return to the Mambot Manager.
- Apply: Click to save the information entered AND keep the same window open for editing.
- Close: Click to cancel any modification just made and to close the window. Any modification is lost.
